The register, the lessons, the money. One app, on your phone, on court.
No credit card · 14 days free · No complicated setup
Used by academies in the U.S., Africa and beyond
What if running your academy felt as easy as sending a message — without being two hundred of them?
Three taps on court. One link you share. Invoices that write themselves from what actually happened.
See how it works ↓This is the screen a coach actually uses. Tap who turned up, say whether the session happened, save. Everything else — balances, invoices, the waitlist — follows from that one action.
Sign up, name your academy, pick what you teach and your currency. It runs in your browser and there is no call to book. Already have a student list? Paste it straight in — it takes about a minute.
Publish your weekly slots and share the link. Requests land in the panel for you to confirm — no marketplace, no commission.
Who came, who didn't, and whether rain or you cancelled it. It saves with no signal and syncs when you get some.
Empty bundles get flagged and invoices come off real attendance, so the numbers still add up at the end of the month.
Rained off and coach cancelled are different from held — and neither one spends a prepaid lesson.
Lessons come off as you take the register. Delete a session by mistake and the exact players it charged get theirs back.
Take the register on a court with one bar. It saves on the phone and sends itself when you're back.
Your own address, your name and photo on it. Share your week to a parents' group in one tap.
Built from who actually came, in your currency. Parents pay you directly — the money never passes through us.
The database refuses to hand your rows to anyone else. Not the app hiding buttons — the database.
The bigger the academy, the less the problem is admin and the more it is knowing what everyone did. These four are already in the panel, on the free plan, today.
An assistant coach sees the sessions they teach. An admin sees the money. The owner sees everything. It is enforced inside the database, not by hiding buttons — so a coach cannot reach another coach's pay by knowing a URL.
Each one gets their own login and marks their own registers. No shared password, and no wondering who took which session.
Record what you paid each coach for the month. Once issued, a payslip is locked — to them and to you — which is what makes it worth something to a coach who takes it to a landlord or a bank.
Paste or upload your list and it goes in as one step. Two hundred players is not two hundred forms.
Sleek&Tech-Sport exists to remove the admin from coaching — the register, the lessons, the money — so a session gets spent coaching, not filing it afterwards.
The product is built directly with the academies that use it. Every feature exists because a coach needed it for a real session, not because it looked good on a roadmap — and that is still how it gets built.
Read from the live database as this page loaded.
Every week you leave this is another Sunday working out who came, who paid and who is owed a lesson. Set it up before your next session and that stops. No sales call, no card, and if it does not fit you have lost five minutes — you can export everything you entered on the way out.
Your booking and check-in links work from the first minute.
It opens like an app, full screen, with its own icon — on a phone, a tablet or a computer. It installs straight from your browser in a couple of taps. There is nothing to download and no app store account to make.
Open this site in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom, then Add to Home Screen. Safari is the only browser on iOS that can do this, so if you are reading in Chrome, open it in Safari first.
Open this site in Chrome, tap the menu in the top right, then Install app. Some phones word it Add to Home screen instead — same thing.
In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar — a small screen with an arrow — and click it. Or open the browser menu and choose Install. It then opens in its own window, from your taskbar or dock, with no address bar.
Once it is there it opens straight to your register, without going through a browser first.
Simple, verifiable practices — not a badge on a page. Everything below is also explained in full, with the live numbers behind it, on the Trust & Security page.
Records are encrypted in transit and held in Canada, with backups we have actually restored — not just backups nobody has opened.
Enforced inside the database itself, on every table — not by the app hiding buttons. Another academy cannot read yours, even from a bug in our code.
One file, whenever you like, without asking. Players, attendance, invoices, sessions — it's your database; we just run it.
Sleek&Tech System Ltd is registered with Nigeria's Data Protection Commission — a credential you can check with the regulator, not a claim to take on our word.
Nobody signs up to admire a database. You want courts that fill, parents who pay without being chased, and evenings back. That is what this is for — and you get fourteen days to find out before anything is charged.
Your booking page takes bookings while you are on court — evenings, weekends, the hours you were never going to answer the phone. A slot nobody claimed is money that was never going to arrive.
An invoice goes out on WhatsApp in seconds, with your own bank details or payment link on it. Who has paid and who has not is one screen, not a notebook and a memory.
Attendance, progress and reports a parent can actually read. Families leave academies they feel invisible in — this is the difference between "he goes to tennis" and watching a child get better.
Register on the court, invoices from your phone, no spreadsheet waiting at 10pm. The admin still happens — it just stops happening to you.
Or $17 a month billed yearly. The first 50 academies to register hold this price for as long as they stay subscribed — it is $29 after that. Running several coaches? The Academy plan is $40 a month, or $33 billed yearly.
Fourteen days free, and no card to start. Prices are shown in US dollars; you are charged in your own currency where we can settle it. Your records are yours either way — you can export everything, any time, without asking us.
| Platform | You are billed on | From |
|---|---|---|
| Sleek&Tech-Sport | Nothing. Flat. | Free |
| CourtReserve | Number of courts | $199 |
| TeamUp | Number of active customers | $189 |
Both bill in US dollars, and both bill you more as you grow — another court, another thirty juniors in September, a bigger bill. That is the part worth looking at, not today's figure. Ours does not move, because right now there is nothing to move.
Any of them. Academies in Nigeria, the United States, South Africa and Qatar run on the same system. Your own currency, language and timezone — 16 currencies, 10 languages, 219 countries at sign-up.
You publish your weekly times; you get a booking page at your own address. Send the link. Players ask for a slot, you confirm. Nothing is charged until you say so.
Yes, whenever you like, without asking. One file with everything in it — players, attendance, invoices, sessions. It's your database; we set it up.
You keep your data and your booking page. We'd rather you left cleanly than felt trapped.
No, deliberately. You raise the invoice and mark it paid when the money arrives — transfer, cash, mobile money. The money never passes through us.
No. Anything we build goes to every academy or we don't build it. That rule is why the price stays where it is.
About two minutes, and you do it yourself. The longest part is deciding what to call your academy.
No, and no. Underneath it was never about sport: a named person, a repeating session, a register, a fee, and prepaid lessons counting down. A piano teacher and a driving instructor sell that same shape. Thirty-five disciplines today.
Only two words change, and they change themselves. A swim school gets Lane instead of Court and groups of eight; a football academy gets Pitch; a driving school gets Vehicle, and calls the person a Learner rather than a Player. That is a setting, not a different version of the software — pick what you teach at signup and the panel adjusts itself.
The test is simple: if you sell a block of sessions to someone who comes back, it fits. If you charge a flat monthly fee whether or not anyone turns up — a gym membership, a day nursery — it does not, and we would rather say so now than sell you half a product.
Your players, your registers, your invoices — they belong to your academy. You can export every one of them at any time, from the panel, without asking us and without waiting. We do not sell your data, hand it to anyone, or use it to train anything.
Most people set it up themselves. If you already have students, sessions and balances somewhere else and would rather not retype them, we can move them for you — the optional migration in the pricing above. Tell us what you are on now and we will say what it involves.
