Both bill in US dollars, and both bill you more as you grow — another court, another thirty juniors in September, a bigger bill. That is the part worth looking at, not today's figure. Ours does not move, because right now there is nothing to move.

And when it stops being free? It will be priced flat, per academy, never per student — a platform that fines you for signing up thirty juniors is a platform arguing against your own growth. The questions coaches actually ask

Which countries do you work in?

Any of them. Academies in Nigeria, the United States, South Africa and Qatar run on the same system. Your own currency, language and timezone — 16 currencies, 10 languages, 219 countries at sign-up.

How do players book?

You publish your weekly times; you get a booking page at your own address. Send the link. Players ask for a slot, you confirm. Nothing is charged until you say so.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, whenever you like, without asking. One file with everything in it — players, attendance, invoices, sessions. It's your database; we set it up.

What if I stop paying?

You keep your data and your booking page. We'd rather you left cleanly than felt trapped.

Does it take card payments?

No, deliberately. You raise the invoice and mark it paid when the money arrives — transfer, cash, mobile money. The money never passes through us.

Can you add a feature just for us?

No. Anything we build goes to every academy or we don't build it. That rule is why the price stays where it is.

How long does setup take?

About two minutes, and you do it yourself. The longest part is deciding what to call your academy.

Is it only for tennis? Only for sport?

No, and no. Underneath it was never about sport: a named person, a repeating session, a register, a fee, and prepaid lessons counting down. A piano teacher and a driving instructor sell that same shape. Thirty-five disciplines today.

Only two words change, and they change themselves. A swim school gets Lane instead of Court and groups of eight; a football academy gets Pitch; a driving school gets Vehicle, and calls the person a Learner rather than a Player. That is a setting, not a different version of the software — pick what you teach at signup and the panel adjusts itself.

The test is simple: if you sell a block of sessions to someone who comes back, it fits. If you charge a flat monthly fee whether or not anyone turns up — a gym membership, a day nursery — it does not, and we would rather say so now than sell you half a product.

Whose records these are

The information you put in is for you, not for us

Your players, your registers, your invoices — they belong to your academy. You can export every one of them at any time, from the panel, without asking us and without waiting. We do not sell your data, hand it to anyone, or use it to train anything.
